Students focus on managing various aspects, including the relationships that exist between project structure and process and IT management.

International Business

The MBA concentration in International Business allows you to thoroughly examine the opportunities, uncertainties and risks present in the business world. Students will apply concepts and theories in international business to evaluate global phenomena in different cultural, political, social and economic contexts. This concentration prepares students to be leaders and managers in national or multinational organizations equipping them with skills to compete in the global market.

Project Management

The MBA concentration in Project Management offers the opportunity to manage projects from start to finish. Students explore real-world theories, methods and practices for initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing a project.
