Krupa Aditya Desai
Undergraduate & Postgraduate Professor
Professor Krupa has over 10 years of experience in delivering customized learning solutions in areas such as Indian capital markets, financial risk management and portfolio management. Along with this, she has years of professional experience in the banking and financial service industry. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University, is a Certified Financial Risk Manager through GARP and obtained a Master’s in Finance from ICFAI.
Professor Krupa has been a consultant for Bloomberg Training at a leading education trust and has also taught postgraduate subjects at various business schools, including Mumbai University. In addition to teaching at SNHU, she has recently joined Russell Square International College as a visiting faculty member to teach subjects at the University of London, managed by the London School of Economics.

Dr. Meera Iyer
PhD
Dr. Meera Iyer is a child and adolescent psychologist with over 12 years of experience as a mental health practitioner with a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in cyberpsychology. She is a member of prominent international and national psychological associations (APA, INSPA, NAOP and BCPA). She has made notable contributions to several government-based initiatives (NCPCR, Mission Shakti-Gov. of India) for counseling trauma and domestic abuse victims. Dr. Meera’s areas of interest include cyberpsychology, psychometric tool development, child and adolescent psychology, military psychology, counseling, artificial intelligence, and educational technology.
Nilakantan Narasinganallur
In addition to more than 32 years of experience in the finance industry, Dr. Narasinganallur has 15 years of experience teaching MBA programs and advanced subjects in quantitative methods. He received his Ph.D. in Management from Mumbai University, where his research focused on financial derivatives and the comparison of option valuation for indexes and equities in the Indian stock market to valuations in the US stock market.
Dr. Narasinganallur has published a book on modern risk analysis and published many peer-reviewed research papers in international journals, in addition to presenting his work at many international conferences.
Sivaraman Eswaran
Dr. Sivaraman completed his Ph.D. at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 2019. He has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) and Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (TN SET) for Assistant Professor, Computer Science and Application, conducted by the University Grants Commission and the Government of Tamil Nadu respectively. In addition, he is a CompTIA Security+ certified professional and EC-Council Certified Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator in addition to a Microsoft Certified Professional and EMC Academic Associate. His research interests include cyber security, 5G networks, and cloud computing.
Veena Tripathi
Shivani Sharma
Professor Shivani comes to SNHU with more than 15 years of experience in domains including online teaching, soft skills training, content creation, educational guidance, career counseling and psychometric testing. She completed a Master of Human Resource Management from Allahabad University, earned her second master’s in education from Kanpur University and is currently pursuing her third master’s degree in English literature.She has also completed the Executive Program in Communication Strategies for Corporate Leaders from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Professor Shivani’s diverse career has led her to work with the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India as a Project Officer for Model Career Center. She is also a communication skills trainer, certified career coach and academic advisor.
